We stand behind the quality of every item we create and want you to love your order.

Because all of our pieces are made-to-order and often personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.


❗ No Returns or Exchanges

Each item is custom-made just for you, which means:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders

💬 If There’s an Issue With Your Order

We’ve got you — seriously.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include a photo of the issue
  • We’ll review and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost

🔄 Replacements (Remakes)

In cases where something went wrong during production or shipping, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.


💳 Refunds (Rare Cases Only)

Refunds are not standard, but may be considered in rare situations such as:

  • Order issues caused on our end
  • Items that cannot be replaced
  • Verified fraud or payment issues

If approved, refunds may be issued as store credit.


📌 A Few Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
  • We are not responsible for errors entered incorrectly at checkout
  • Slight variations may occur due to the custom nature of each item
